Powder coating sprayer • Marion County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Marion County, Ohio. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
