Metal caster — Oturkpo

We are recruiting: we are hiring a metal caster in Oturkpo, Benue State. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling You will fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
