Join our team: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Balanga, Gombe State. The job is on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. You will check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) Rotating shifts.
