Great opportunity: we are hiring a head guard / security supervisor in Jefferson County, Tennessee. The role involves detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds; respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts; patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals; control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Height and weight as per security norms At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
