Roofing foreman wanted in Phelps County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Phelps County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls The role involves: • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
