Powder coating line operator — Seward County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Seward County, Nebraska. You will work at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
