Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Rusk County, Texas. The job is in a hotel kitchen. The role involves cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
