Injection moulding machine operator — Monroe County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Monroe County, Illinois. The job is in a packaging factory. Ideal candidate: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges Full-time with occasional weekends.
