Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Greeley County, Nebraska. Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
