The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
