Argon welder — Morgan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an argon welder in Morgan County, Utah. You will be based on a structural steel site. On a typical shift you will select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
