Stamping press operator — Slope County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Slope County, North Dakota. You will work in a forging and pressing unit. You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards Day to day you will deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed; set up and change stamping dies and tooling. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
