Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in East Lothian, Scotland. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service Part-time with flexible hours.
