Head baker — Clinch County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Clinch County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
