Garden maintenance worker • Reagan County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Reagan County, Texas. You will work on a golf course. On the job you will handle: • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers Ideal candidate: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • An eye for detail and a tidy, well-kept finish • Happy to work outdoors in all weather Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
