We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Webster County, Kentucky. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred.
