Urgent requirement: we are hiring a beldar in Kaura, Kaduna State. You will work on a road and bridge project. The role involves set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel. You should have: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
