Now hiring: we are hiring an auto painter in Independence County, Arkansas. You will be based at an accident repair centre. Day to day you will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour. Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE 1+ years on the tools preferred.
