In-process quality controller — Uvwie

Join our team: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Uvwie, Delta State. You will be based in an automotive parts factory. Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Day-to-day duties: • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer Full-time, day shift.
