The role involves wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. Requirements: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Part-time with flexible hours.
