Concrete placer — Cass County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete placer in Cass County, Indiana. On the job you will handle: • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer Requirements: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
