What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough We offer ₦9,500 per day plus benefits.
