Punch press operator — Union County

Now hiring: we are hiring a punch press operator in Union County, Oregon. You will be based in a forging and pressing unit. The role involves: • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings What we are looking for: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $150 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
