Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread baker in Monroe County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Your main tasks: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
