Lift installation engineer — Warren County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Warren County, Iowa. The job is in a residential tower block. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance You will carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; run load and overload tests with test weights; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
