Car refinisher — Barbour County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a car refinisher in Barbour County, Alabama. You will work at a busy body shop. You should have: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to read and match factory paint codes The role involves: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun 2+ years on the tools preferred.
