Automotive refinish painter — Jasper County

Your main tasks: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
