Counter butcher — Middlesex County

Now hiring: we are hiring a counter butcher in Middlesex County, Virginia. You will work in a meat processing plant. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
