Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundworker in Anchorage Municipality, Alaska. On a typical shift you will erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
