Heavy equipment operator — Bottineau County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Bottineau County, North Dakota. The job is on a pipeline and trenching crew. Your main tasks: • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport Requirements: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
