Lifting rigger • Johnson County, Nebraska

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Johnson County, Nebraska. You will be based at a power plant. On the job you will handle: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle You should have: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $240 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
