Day to day you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar.
