Shuttering carpenter — Douglas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Douglas County, Kansas. You will be based at a shopfitting company. Your main tasks: • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level Requirements: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists Part-time with flexible hours.
