QC inspector — Colorado County

Join our team: we are hiring a QC inspector in Colorado County, Texas. You will be based in an electronics assembly workshop. What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols The role involves measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
