On a typical shift you will call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run; check tyre pressure, brakes, chain tension and engine oil before riding out; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off.
