Panel painter — Alexander County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel painter in Alexander County, North Carolina. You will work at a busy body shop. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Day-to-day duties: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
