Elevator repair technician • Monguno, Borno State

Great opportunity: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Monguno, Borno State. You will work at a busy lift company. On a typical shift you will carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; run load and overload tests with test weights; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. You should have: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
