Coating plant operator — Moultrie County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Moultrie County, Illinois. The job is in a busy paint shop. The role involves degrease and clean metal parts before coating; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
