Kitchen cook — Anchorage Municipality

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Anchorage Municipality, Alaska. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
