On the job you will handle: • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
