Turning centre operator — Richland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Richland County, Wisconsin. You will work at an auto-components manufacturing unit. The role involves: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Pay around $140 per day, based on your experience.
