Join our team: we are hiring a security guard in Edgar County, Illinois. The role involves keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area; respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts; operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out; detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police; operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door. Requirements: • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Height and weight as per security norms • 1-2 years experience as a security guard 1+ years on the tools preferred.
