Body shop technician — Hyde County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a body shop technician in Hyde County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates You should have: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) 2+ years on the tools preferred.
