Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Jefferson County, Oklahoma. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in.
