Dough maker — Gray County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Gray County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
