Cake decorator — Jega

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Jega, Kebbi State. You will be based at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel.
