Production assembler • Real County, Texas

Join our team: we are hiring a production assembler in Real County, Texas. The job is at a busy assembly plant. Your main tasks: • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons What we are looking for: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage Rotating shifts. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
