Meat trimmer — Clay County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Clay County, South Dakota. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
