Offshore rigger wanted in Howard County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Howard County, Nebraska. You should have: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces Day-to-day duties: • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads 1+ years on the tools preferred.
