Catering cook — Valencia County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Valencia County, New Mexico. You will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
